Great coffee the rest is “meh”

App does not hook up to home wi fi so a bit frustrating. Machine feels less sturdy than it looks. Makes a great cup of coffee, but lacks refinement.

Hmmm, not sure, yet

Lots of bells and whistles, but I’m not sure that this product will age well - so much plastic. Hot water + plastic = micro plastics in the blood. Also, it would be nice if there were brew guides for the 3 coffees included with the Aiden. Have used it only twice, so still learning. We will see how it holds up in six months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I pre ordered and had great expectations Brew good coffee. Unfortunately the app is not working at all. It would have been nice for Fellow to be honest and transparent so as to avoid customers frustrations

Like the physical characteristics of the unit. Disappointed the app doesn't have the ability to download and use the recommended settings of the coffee supplied yet. Waiting for its full potential.

Great at making coffee but hard to work with (nor now at least)

Makes great coffee! The only issue is with the software. The app is really buggy and pretty useless right now. I keep adding the device and it keeps disappearing on iOS and Android. There is an interface lag when interacting with the machine when it's connected to WiFi.

Love the coffee pot. Hate the app.
Aiden does what it promised, but the app doesn’t work. You have to program everything on the device itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So much potential

The pros. First and foremost, the taste quality of the pour over is great. I have tested with beans I am familiar with and the output is amazing. Having this quality brewed on schedule is very convenient. The cons. The lid of the water reservoir is awkward and small making it hard to clean and refill. The carafe doesn’t keep the coffee warm. I transfer the coffee into a Hario carafe to keep it warm. Have a bigger screen. So much information on a small screen is hard to see. The app doesn’t work. Can’t program the coffee on your phone and then transfer it to the maker. It would be nice to have grind settings if you have an Ode. I hope they improve the app and software, provide a sealed lid for the carafe and improve the lid to the water reservoir.
