Almost perfect

We have been using Aiden for a week or so. Enjoying it very much. Brews delicious coffee. There is a slight learning curve and we are still perfecting our perfect cup. The reason it’s not 5 stars is temperature control.
We wish it would keep the coffee hot.
PLEASE IMPROVE THE CARAFE! Can you retro fit a new one for these recent Aiden’s purchased??

Brilliant, cannot fault it!

I’m new to pour over, have been using an espresso machine for 5 years and recently got the itch to try something new after sampling some new beans at Drip! in NYC. Now I’m fully down the rabbit hole of light roasts and recipes and Aiden is the perfect companion. I’ve had 98% tasty cups, ease of brewing and quality of the cup stand out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Design and engineering triumph. But don't let the marketing hype set some unrealistic expectations.

This is a well engineered product with a delightfully minimalist design by coffee nerds, for coffee nerds. You get the convenience without falling below the coffee nerd minimum expectations of quality. It is a good deal for its price. Though I don't think it's revolutionary, or some kind of leap forward when it comes to residential batch brewers. It edges the competition in quality of brew, and tweakability. That's good, and enough.
I don't know why Fellow is doubling down with the marketing narrative of even professionals (baristas, roasters) cannot tell apart an Aiden brew from pour over. This is simply not the case. Over the 3 weeks of my ownership, I never managed to get a satisfactory "clean cup" from Aiden, where it's easily achievable, with all three gift beans that came with the machine. What you get is equivalent to a really good batch brew from a coffee shop that really cares. This alone puts Aiden above everything I tried so far and I can be happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only one program

The program feature is a little desultory. You can only program one time for the whole week. What if you want it to go on at different times during the week. More expansive program would make it better than current rating.

Incredible Drip Coffee

This machine makes incredible coffee. I love the design details, the user interface, and the endless options for adjusting brewing parameters. Love the indestructible carafe and removable water tank. The only place this product loses points for me is the length of time the carafe keeps coffee warm - it’s 30 min - not hours as advertised. However, it doesn’t burn the coffee as it sits and is far superior to other coffee makers I’ve tried.

Makes good coffee but Wi-Fi quit after first day. In the process of a return now. Very disappointed. I like the aesthetics & the coffee so my commitment to keep will depend on the handling of this issue. I went from excited to frustrated.

Love the coffee pot/pour spout

We are only a week into using the coffee maker but everything is great. The insulated bottle keep coffee hot virtually all day and has a fantastic pour spout. The maker is quite nice overall. It is expensive but that is what it is.
