Amazing results but not (yet) perfect

Most importantly the coffee is delicious. For those that prefer the pour over method will be pleasantly surprised with then results, especially when you need a lot of coffee. While primaryl plastic it is still very well made and machine is beautifully crafted.
While LED display is easy to use and intuitive, only wish is that all programming is done through the app instead of using the dial to program. Currently app isn’t used for anything actually but hoping this will change with a future update.
Perhaps an option for a better carafe that can keep coffee hot for a much longer time? That would require a stainless steel top that fully closes but that’s just sub idea. :-)

Amazing Coffee Machine

So far so good. Out of the box better than any. Super simple to use. You may find advantage spending time developing your own profiles. The carafe benefit from a sealed design to help retain heat.

Fantastic design

Bought this 3 weeks ago as a potential replacement for my Breville espresso machine and also for larger quantities. Generally very good, looks great, easy operation and cleaning. Taste is good but not so much better than other options and doesn't compare with the Breville. Only complaints are the lack of complete control over the brew such as brew time, but for a drip machine I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is an incredibly good machine. I bought it in spite of my general skepticism about adding app/software complications to otherwise simple, mechanical things. But this machine makes by far the best drip coffee of any home machine I’ve ever used and every part of it (including the software) is thoughtfully designed and serves a real purpose. I very highly recommend it.

The best coffee

This was gifted to us for Christmas and it is the BEST coffee maker we have ever used. It gives step by step instructions on how to curate the best brew depending on your roast type. Super nice when I get up early in the morning and can schedule the Aidan to make me a perfect cup as I wake up. If you love good coffee please do yourself a favor and get this machine, it’s the highlight of my morning now.

Delicious coffee!

I've been committed to V60/origami pourovers but wanted to have an option for larger servings. The Aiden makes delicious coffee! There's no difference in quality and clarity whatsoever, and the machine is extremely well made with an efficient workflow. Couldn't recommend it more!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this coffee maker! It 'guides' you through correct proportions and brew temps for different types of roasts. It is great!
