Not great feature, the brew comes down warm, NOT HOT .

Love the design,easy to use, one problem , the coffee is not very hot, even when I pour it as soon as it is ready, it does not stay hot in the coffee pot after a short time either .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic coffee! Not so much the app…

Bought the launch version and the coffee is fantastic. The “instant brew” function, however, does not work. Set it up, but when I hit “instant brew” it attempts but crashes - nothing happens. At least the “guided brew” function works…

Getting use to multiple options.

Purchased months ago and finally arrived. Still getting used to making both single cup and multiple cups options.
Coffee tastes great. I have to drink fairly quickly in order for the coffee to remain hot.
Finally, getting used to how to set up the desired taste with the dial options.
One last challenge, confusion regarding the final selection for brewing, if needed to add or reduce amount of coffee. You have to completely start over.

We fancy now

So far so good! It’s beautiful and makes a solid cup of coffee. I appreciate the precision of measuring grounds and water. The pre-installed instructions based on the beads is extra special. We feel so fancy.
We realize we are early adopters of this tech so it’s going to be a bit clunky out the gate. However, the hiccups were minor and mainly limited to the software in the coffee maker.
I really wish the fluid setting equaled the amount of coffee on the other side of the brew. Since it doesn’t we have used trial and error to figure out which setting makes the most sense for us. It was a bit of an annoyance, but the quality of the brew made up for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regarding the coffee quantity, Aiden works much like a pour-over. It’s normal to see a slight difference in the final amount because the coffee grounds absorb some water, and the paper filter holds onto a bit as well. That’s also why the filter might feel heavier after brewing — it’s retaining some of that extra water. I hope this clears things up! Great design, hoping for more customization features

I purchased this for my wife's birthday and overall were happy with the quality of the product.
The ability to brew a large pot is incredibly useful when we have guests over. We are eagerly awaiting more of the customization features to modify the brew cycle for our tastes (we tend to prefer stronger brews and aren't able to modify the amount of ground beans either with the ratio or manually)
I haven't tried this for cold brew yet but look forward to giving that a shot. All in all we're hoping this product will stay on our kitchen counter.

Great but incomplete.

It is the best coffee maker I have ever used. It comes out better than when I do pour over. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because one of the big features it advertised was custom profiles but when I downloaded the app it just says coming soon and fellow says “this fall”. Since it was a big selling point I believe it should have been ready at launch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Coffee, Terrible App Experience

Makes excellent coffee especially using the preset profiles already in the machine. Similar to many users experience the app does not work in the slightest which is why I’m docking this to 4 stars. I have faith this will be fixed in the future but right now I am enjoying the coffee that the Aiden is making.
I would recommend this to a friend!
