Good brew, fine design, longevity concerns

Quite nice, excellent cup of coffee, on par with a Curtis Gold Cup for the small head, and excellent batch brews for the larger basket. I'm glad they chose the two most common filter styles. I have a few durability concerns with some of the design (the colored plastic latches that hold the baskets in place, the display/buttons, the myriad sensors), and wouldn't recommend this to the BIFL crowd over a Moccamaster. For the rest of us, seeking the flexibility of single cup brews, it's a fine bit of kit.

White finish is beautiful

Got the white Aiden unit. Beautiful machine & makes great coffee. I can’t speak for the durability, but we are super happy with the purchase thus far. You can dial in your coffee in very granular way. I am having fun making subtlety different flavored coffee from the same beans by playing with the parameters (light — medium — dark roast profiles)

Everything I had expected

I bought the Aiden as part of a bundle. Was disappointed to learn during the ordering process that bundles don't qualify for the 10%. The coffee maker is excellent and the interface, including making your own brewing program, is very intuitive. It brews and excellent cup of coffee and seems to be well made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but not great

I love the design of Aiden. I think that’s my favorite part. It is very sleek. I also like that it doesn’t take too much space. I think one thing that I don’t like as much is the design of the digital interface and menu options. I wish that the brew schedule was simpler. Also, the temperature of the coffee does not feel as hot as I would like it.

Coffee maker is great, app is useless

Well so far the coffee maker itself has been great. It does an excellent job making wonderful coffee. My only complaint on the Aiden itself is that the lid on the water reservoir is maddening. The app however is completely useless. Most of the time spins, doing nothing. Eventually it seems to either crash or error out and makes me re-login to my account. And about half the time, the future that I'm looking for, scheduling, doesn't seem to even show up in the app. It's very weird. Thankfully I don't need it to use this machine. But because the app is so poor it would be nice if the display on the machine was a little more functional and larger.

Bricked itself first hour

Received last week after waiting four months. Turned on, set time, put on my network. Realized the application is not even at an MVP state yet. Ran just water brew with no grinds. After done was using front dial to do another. Interface froze. Powered off by unplugging cord as there is no power button. Plugged back in. Nothing. Black screen. Dead. Unplug, plug, dead. Ok, new product I'll contact support they'll ship a new one out. These things happen. Nope. Contact support. Tell them everything I did for their own troubleshooting purposes. They respond to reboot my router. I explained again this thing is bricked they mis interpreted something. When the product isn't ready you better have good support. When both are at 1 star levels, I'm done with Fellow entirely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
