Only one program

The program feature is a little desultory. You can only program one time for the whole week. What if you want it to go on at different times during the week. More expansive program would make it better than current rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent coffee but our specific machine has a leak

Aiden makes some of the best coffee We've ever had. However the refillable water tank doesn't hold water - it has an aggressive leak. We have to bring water to the coffee maker to fill the tank.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great opening for a 1.0 model

The pot itself is well crafted and not overly insulated so it is a decent weight. The software had initial issues to get the custom brews for the pre-order coffee to appear. But they eventually appeared. The app seems to be undeveloped but the coffee machine itself is wonderful.
The device is very sleek. The water container could have had a slightly less awkward opening, but I am still able to fill it up from the fridge water valve without issue.
9 out of 10. I think they nailed this out of the park. Slight adjustments will likely be made as the company reaches out to users for feedback down the road, and I would not be surprised if version 2.0 is a 10/10 device.

Good start and lots of potential

As soon as I saw the pre-order notice, back in April I think, I bought this coffee maker because I knew that Fellow would not let me down. It looks beautiful, and the coffee is even better. It took me a few tried to dial in the profile for my preferred beans, but now it is the absolute best. A few things aren't quite ready yet: the app is feature-less. I can't wait until I can use it to create profiles instead of the UI on the machine (which can be kinda' fiddly). The machine shipped with 3 Fellow coffees, which smelled amazing in bean form and came with their own profiles that I cannot see or edit. Following their profiles makes an under-extracted coffee if I try for a large pot, e.g. 9oz or more. For a single cup, the profile is perfect and the brew is amazing.

So far I love it! It makes better pour over than I can make and much easier. I’m new to making quality pour over myself, so maybe someday I’ll be better than the Aiden, but for now I can’t believe how good this coffee tastes. I like black coffee and made a whole pot this morning to take to work and it was so good even hours later. I have been using the guided brew setting and it’s super easy. I like that standard filters fit. And it’s even cute on my countertop and the water reservoir is easy to lift out and fill. They really thought of everything. Even the sealed lid makes a big difference in the overall experience of using the machine, and I think it will be very easy to keep clean.

Great Brewer

My brewer finally arrived last week and have been using daily. So far very happy with my Aiden. The Guided brews make it easy to brew coffee whether single or batch. Creating a custom brew guide was relatively easy for a previous drops order. The app is basic for the time being, and a bit of a disappointment (compared to the marketing of it) but luckily it was a bonus feature for me vs a necessity. While the carafe does not hold the heat of the coffee as long as my Cuisinart one, the smoothness of pouring the coffee without drips easily makes up for it. My Carter Wide mouth fits perfectly underneath the brewer for my daily to go coffee!! I would definitely recommend this brewer to anyone.
