Great, easy to use

Loving this coffee maker, so far. Easy to use, sleek, and very efficient. Only knock would be too much plastic and the need for a better insulated coffee pot.

Sleek, easy to use, and makes a great cup of coffee. Our family had been doing pour-over for years and this coffee machine bragged pour-over quality. It delivered.

It's not cheap but it makea a GREAT cup of coffee. I love a) the design, b) how easy it is to make a single cup and, c) the insulated carafe for larger brews. I finally found my coffee maker!

Very close to pour over quality, easy to set up, good for batch, excellent for single cup. Using Ethiopia beans and a Baratza Encore grinder. Highly recommend.

I am very particular. Can’t say I can taste all the notes in coffee, but can definitely tell good from bad. I have tried hundreds, if not thousands of dolllers in coffee equipment, from French press, awropress,espresso, pour over, drip, etc. the combination of the Aiden, the Ode grinder, and the fellow drops changed my world. The Aiden was a game changer, but once I learned that Fellow also gives a starting point for the grind size with their grinder, I had great coffee from batch one, with only micro movements to adjust. For example, my last drop suggested a grind setting way courser than typical. It would have wasted half the bag (expensive bag) or coffee before I got to a coffee experience that did not case me to wince. My very first cup was spot on! I am a true believer in fellows mission and products!
