I’ve had mine for about a week or so I am pretty impressed with the quality of the coffee. The only thing I wish is there was some kind of a sensor that said hey you don’t have a carafe under here so I don’t have coffee pouring out I’ll hold a place Stupid me.

After a month of use I have found this gem to create a wonderful cup or pot of coffee or cold brew. I would love it if any bag of beans bought from the Fellow site had a brew profile. I think that would be a great feature.

It makes a very good cup of coffee! The hardware is excellent. However, its being so heavily software-based is currently a limitation. It's frozen mid-brew twice, and I've had to unplug/replug it to get it to work again. The app is, unfortunately, functionless other than for setup and firmware updates. I hope future software and firmware updates will resolve these, though.

Impressed with the Aiden coffe maker. Single pour or Batch pour (preferably)
The filers that come (paper) are okay but I miss my Fellow Press (Metal Filter). I miss the fuller taste. Paper filer does allow for a “cleaner cup of Joe”.
Overall appearance- Polish
App, I get it, beta. Not as useful as I hoped but it CAN have potential. (Reserving comment)
Aiden User interface - simple and easy for a batch instant coffee brew! Simple

The omega brewer!

This had made my mornings way better and tastier. I love the design and the simplicity of this brewer. The only gripe I have is that the app should have had basic features when released. Cause that’s one of the main reasons why I bought this product. I wanted to have coffee ready and waiting whenever. I know it has a schedule feature but I’m never up at the same time every morning. Other than that which is coming eventually. I absolutely love this brewer and have been bragging about it all the time to other coffee lovers.

I've tried a number of pour over machines over the years and have always returned them after trying to get something close to a pour over quality coffee out of them. This machine is amazing. I think the single cup configuration yields better coffee than multi cup but in love that it has the flexibility to handle both. The level of configurability is amazing and the design is incredibly well thought out. I also love that fellow drops have the config for you.
I would love it if there was a way to download coffee configs. It seems like this is intended to be there because some coffees have magically shown up but not all of them. I assume this is a software thing that'll improve and even if it doesn't it's super easy to load a config or just use one of the generic ones (e.g., light roast) and get a great cup with no effort.

I've had my Aiden for a month now and have been very impressed. It leaves me a lot more time in the mornings compared to fixing my own pour-over, but it also delivers more consistent results: no more getting a good cup one day and a so-so one the next. It's easy to use, easy to keep clean. My only disappointment is that my favorite Yeti travel mug doesn't quite fit.

This coffee maker exceeded my expectations! As a passionate pour-over coffee enthusiast at home, I understand the importance of a reliable brewing system. With one toddler and another baby on the way, this coffee maker has simplified our morning routine. The extraction is remarkably consistent across various coffee profiles, ranging from light to dark. I highly recommend it!
