Outstanding coffee maker, extremely happy with decision.

Went round & round on deciding on a new coffee maker. Lots of choices to choose from. Two things helped make my decision. 1. Reviews, Aiden reviews stood out. 2. Brewing choices, while it can be a bit overwhelming when you’re far from being a barista you should be able to dial in your perfect cup of coffee. We tend to lean toward less coffee than the recommended amount.
If you take advantage of the Fellow app you can’t get this amount of info with any other coffee maker.
If I had to pick one negative it would be the coffee temp in the carafe drops relatively quick. Not sure if a warming plate even if it only ran for 10 min or so would make a difference. Not a big deal for me & my wife because we no exactly how much coffee we drink in the am and just make that amount to fill up our mugs.
ps the dial/display is as easy as it gets. You can dial in your own cup of coffee or just opt for the one touch instant brew. One review I read complained about having to start completely over if you decided to change up your selection. Not so, all you do is turn the dial ccw and back will show up to get you where you want to go.

Convenient, luxe, and aesthetic on the counter

Falling in love with my Aiden brewer more everyday! The custom guided brewing settings have made it easier for me to learn about my own tastes, and it feels like I’m getting more flavor from some inexpensive beans than I was previously brewing with other methods. I love having pour over quality coffee on hand in just a few easy minutes, it’s super convenient for my life but also feels creative and luxurious

So worth the investment! I love how easy it is to use, and the coffee tastes incredible. I was on the fence for about a year on whether to buy this or not, and so stoked I did.

I admit I had my doubts that this machine could possibly approach the quality level of a pourover in a Chemex. But it does! I decided to try it after my Stagg kettle finally stopped working after boiling over for the nth time while cleaning it. Aiden to the rescue!

Notes of honeysuckle and carob

The app is not as bad as the reviews suggest. The coffee is delightful. The only problem is there is no funnel so you have to stir the batch before every pour. I agree with James Hoffman about the need for a funnel in the carafe’s lid. I am kind of astonished by the cold brew cycle, which uses a hot bloom. Cold brew isn’t just for unloved beans anymore.

Replaced My Pour Over Routine

I got the Aiden to streamline my morning routine. I had previously been making a pour over each morning and wanted a coffee maker that would automate coffee making without sacrificing too much quality.
I have found that the single brew mode on the Aiden meets my coffee standards and has replaced my need to make pour overs. Thus far, I have found the batch brew to be a bit less high-quality, but it is still nice to have for when I host visitors.
My only complaint is that the 16 ounce Carter mug is just too tall to fit under the dripper for making a single batch brew.

As a newbie to the home coffee brewing scene, I've enjoyed the pre-set brewing styles and the instructions on how much I need. I'm also the only coffee drinker in our house, so I've enjoyed the single-person serving option.

Aiden has turned our mornings into a love letter written in coffee. Setup was effortless right out of the box and within minutes it was brewing a cup that actually tastes like it came from a proper coffee shop not a rushed kitchen counter.
The app control is where the magic really happens. I can fine tune brew timing from my phone so my wife wakes up to the smell of fresh coffee instead of an alarm and honestly that alone feels like a small act of daily romance. From bloom to extraction Aiden clearly cares about the details and it shows in the cup.
For the coffee nerds this machine delivers consistent brews thoughtful temperature control and repeatable results without needing a full science lab on the counter. For everyone else it is great coffee zero hassle and happier mornings.
If you love coffee and the people you are making it for Aiden delivers on both ☕️
