Pour overs made easy

The Fellow Aiden makes pour-over super easy, keeping the temperature steady so the flavors come out clean and balanced every time. It consistently brings out sweet, clear notes in both light and medium roasts without needing much tweaking. It’s solid, simple to use, and feels like a reliable upgrade for anyone who loves great coffee at home.

Easy to use for simple coffee drinkers

I was looking for a coffee maker that's easy to use and makes coffee that I would prefer over buying at my coffee shop. And the Aiden fits the bill! I wouldn't consider myself a coffee nerd so I haven't been fine tuning it, just sticking with the basic presets. I appreciate that depending on how I grind the coffee, I can get that a similar mouth feel that you get from a French press. But without the hassle of cleaning a French press. I love the look as well. Looks awesome on my countertop! I'm very happy with my purchase and it makes me look forward every morning to make a good cup of coffee.

New to the Aiden

Loving my Aiden Precision Coffee Maker. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but between the guided brew instructions on the machine and the youtube clips I was making smooth brews within hours of unwrapping my machine. The malted chocolate color works perfectly in my kitchen. Looking forward to many years with this maker.

Firstly, I am very happy with this purchase. My wife wanted a coffee machine instead of having to make pourovers while I’m out of town. Since I bought it, I haven’t made a single pourover! It works exactly as described. I did rate it 4 stars because the carafe handle feels cheap and I feel like it’s going to break off. The small round screen could be better. I think the font size needs to decrease. I also did have one instance where mid-brew, the Aiden thought the water tank needed more water, but it was 2/3 full (and I was making like 3-4 cups worth). I added water and it continued. One feature I’d like to see is being able to add how much coffee you’d like to use, and then add the Aiden just uses the right amount of water. Overall, a great product.
