Best looking, best performing Coffee Maker Ever!

I love how it can be so flexible going from a super customizable/detailed brewing machine to an old school fill it up and hit go machine. This coffee maker will make you appreciate coffee even more, teach you how to make a proper cup, all while not having to stand there and deal with pouring hot water over your grounds over and over again.Ira a very well thought out product which seems to be so rare these days! It is an expensive coffee maker but with a 3 year warranty, and it being something we will have for at least 10 years, it’s really not that expensive for a kitchen appliance you use every day. I will recommend this to all our friends!

Love the Aiden, after switching from another major name brand this has really sparked my passion for coffee again without the burden of time to make a great cup. I really enjoy the ability to tweak my own profile in the app, while my 70 year old father in law can still use it with ease. I highly recommend the Aiden to anyone that enjoys a high quality cup of coffee without the hassle of measuring a pour over or aeropress.

Lives up to the hype

I wasn’t sure that the Aiden would be worth the price, but after a few weeks, I am totally convinced.
Aesthetically, it’s a beautiful device and looks nice on our countertop. The user interface is simple. I’ve been using the Guided Brew feature and I love that it calculates how much coffee to grind.
Ultimately, it makes a great cup of coffee.

BEST Cup of Coffee

It's honestly the BEST cup of coffee you can ask for. I hesitated for a while before pulling the trigger asking myself if spending this much on a coffee maker was really going to make a noticeable difference in taste. I couldn't have been more wrong. It is the best part of my morning.

Retiring my pour over skills

After making only pour overs everyday for the last 8 years, the Aiden competes with any pour over I can make. It is much more convenient with being able to schedule and have the ability to fine tune each new roast.

Mornings got a little easier

Don't get me wrong, I love the ritual of a good pour-over coffee, when I have the time. Unfortunately I don't always have the time, so I'm happy that Fellow has stepped up to the challenge of creating a very similar experience with the Aiden.
It is still early in my Aiden journey; I've had some very good cups/pots, while some beans still need some tweaking. I love the growing user provided Brew Profiles (an online search should turn up at least two resources for custom profiles).
Am I happen with Aiden and think it is worth the price - Yes.
Is it a golden-pill replacement for pour-over coffee (not quite, if you had your manual game really dialed in).
But, lets be honest, if you love geeking out over coffee, this is another avenue for play.
