This machine completely changed my morning routine — especially the cold brew feature.
I’ve owned a lot of coffee makers, but the Aiden is on a totally different level. The hot brew is amazing, but the cold brew feature is the real star. Instead of waiting 12–24 hours like traditional cold brew, this thing gives you a smooth, rich, café-quality cold brew in a couple of hours with zero fuss.
The flavor comes out incredibly balanced — never bitter, never watered down — just that perfect sweetness and clarity you look for in good cold brew. I love that I can load it, press a button, walk away, and come back to something that tastes like it came from a specialty coffee shop.
The interface is simple, the machine looks great on the counter, and the consistency is unmatched. If you’re someone who drinks cold brew regularly or just wants a machine that does everything well, the Aiden is 100% worth it.
I honestly didn’t expect to love it this much. Total game-changer.

Great coffee maker

Love making pour overs but wanted my time back on the weekends to play with my 2 year old son while still enjoying good coffee. The Aiden checks all the boxes. I’m still tinkering with custom guided brews to dial in my preferred style but it’s an excellent option for those that want good coffee without doing all the work.

Very good brew. So far I have just been using guided brew and have found it easy to use and the coffee is so smooth and satisfying. Using the recommended setting for grounds on the website. I have found the Ode 2 and the Aiden user friendly . I have the app but haven’t really used it mu CB so far.

So fast and easy

As good as my pour over at the touch of a button. Now that I’m making coffee for two, pour over was kind of a pain. I love the Aiden. Coffee is just as good, and so much easier when I need to make multiple cups of coffee. Love it!!
