Terrible Quality Product

Terrible quality. Knobs are made out of plastic and broke after owning it for a little over a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the worst stove I have ever used and cooked on! The first thing is the cook top safety with everytime you lean up against the front of the stove not knowing you turn on a burner barely touching it and you have no idea its on! My dog has stood up and put her front paws on the knows and has started 2 fires, and it was that easy! I dont want a 3rd fire, then all the cooktop burners no matter what you set them on gets so hot the low with boil a soup to nothing and ruin anyone's meal! There is no in-between its just all hi, and believe me ive sat there just to watch it because I could believe it! I've had cooktops before but this one is extremely hard to clean as well, probably because everything burns on it! Then the front control panel - well whom ever designed that should be shot! Just all around poor design snd function. Then you get to the oven and once again ive had to changed and make sure I cut back the temp or time when cooking - nothing, I mean nothing comes out the way it should! No im not sure if it may need to be serviced because on how high everything is cooking! But this is a brand new product yes could have some flaws but they should have figured that out before they sold it!
Oh and one more helpful hint - what happened when someone was designing the bottom drawer? You might be able to fit one pan maybe 2 cookie sheets, its ridiculous! Perhaps you might have engineers or designers that know how to cook and use a product before you bring it out! Yes it looks great and is a wow piece but at least I gave it 2 starts - i guess thats for my dog and the 2 fires she started with it! Im sorry I wish I had better things to say!
