Beautiful design and functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought matching SAMSUNG electric range and refrigerator. Beautiful design and functionality. Installation and app set up was quick and effortless. I have only used it for a month, but very pleased with the operation so far. Love the Smart Dial.

Very dangerous! We've had the bespoke set for 1 day and everything feels slightly cheap. My biggest concern is the oven knobs that have been accidentally turned one 3 times in the 1st 24 hours we've owned it. It feels like a gust of wind can turn them on,theyre definitely not kid friendly. Also the microwave housing keeps rubbing on the edge of the microwave door and makes a cracking sound when I open it. I have to try and repair it myself. Also my refrigerators water pressure is awful. Take it for what's it's worth but I really wantes this set to work unfortunately it seems like Samsung cut many corners.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOT INDUCTION; radiant cooktop

this cooktop is radiant, not induction, despite the current web page (4/22) stating that it's induction in multiple places. just be aware. we didn't realize samsung's mistake until it was installed.
seems good for an electric radiant cooktop, and the oven is fine. but know it's not an electric induction cooktop, no matter what this web page says or whether it comes up in search when you filter for "induction." the cooktop gets hot as soon as you turn it on, whether or not there's a pan on it; we wanted the safety, speed, and efficiency of induction.
i alerted samsung reps in multiple channels; they're always so wonderful as individuals. <3 (hope they fix the web page soon; i want to continue loving samsung! this has been our only disappointment with samsung ever.)
