Be careful!

The knobs are extremely sensitive we've had this set for 1 day and we've turned the knobs on accidently twice already. It's a poor design that could be very dangerous

Easily scratches

Beautiful electric range but scratches way too easily, after second use of just having pans on there the cook top has minor little scratches. I check my pan and they never had any issues on previous cooktops. Disappointed in the quality here for the price that was paid.

Choosing the right cookware and preventing scratches is the best strategy. Wiping off the bottom of pots and pans before setting them down on the burners will keep grit from scratching the smooth top.

Sandy, let's go ahead and figure out how to clean the knobs of your range.

Maintaining and protecting the surface of your glass cooktop is easy. Use only the recommended cleaning agent to avoid damage.

Normal daily use cleaning Use only a ceramic cooktop cleaner. Other creams may be less effective. By following these steps, you can maintain and protect the surface of your glass cooktop.
1. Before using the cooktop for the first time, clean it with a ceramic cooktop cleaner. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier.
2. Daily use of a ceramic cooktop cleaner will help keep the cooktop looking new.
3. Shake the cleaning cream well. Apply a few drops of cleaner directly to the cooktop.
4. Use a paper towel or a cleaning pad for ceramic cooktops to clean the entire cooktop surface.
5. Use a dry cloth or paper towel to remove all cleaning residue—no need to rinse.

Lock it down!

We bought this because we got the Bespoke refrigerator, Dishwasher and Dryer and love them. We also like that we can match the colors of all of our appliances.
- The self-cleaning feature did not clean completely even though I followed the instructions.
- We almost had a house fire because during a power outage I bumped the knobs, and it was turned on. Luckly the item on the stove was a water bottle. We just had a lot of smoke. We learned our smoke detectors and security company works. The lock should lock down ALL of the knobs. To find the lock option you have to scroll through a menu. There should be a lock icon that is available without having to scroll though menu options. I see that there are others that have had the same issue. This is a major safety issue. Not child proof if an adult can walk by accidently bump and turn it on.
The clock on the oven is not visible unless we turn on the oven? Shouldn't this show all the time like a microwave? The first day it scratched and there is a tiny crack.
Other than that, it looks nice and is sleek.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hudge Purchase Mistake! Don’t Buy!

i hate this oven! dangerouse buttons, just bump and turn on! extreme safety issue, could burn house down. top aweful to look clean! finger prints always show on front. when baking, a drip on bottom will billow smoke and set your fire alarm off! air frye will give you house full of smoke! racks in oven too short for my pizza screen to even fit. so unhappy wirh this oven! big mistake! :(
