Caught on fire!

I bought the bespoke electric range just over a year ago, 8/22. Looks amazing but our electric range caught on fire. Inspector came, and notice no integrity issue from our end. No explanation of how it could occur. Inspector was in shock himself. Personally, due to my situation, I would beware when purchasing this range. They will not replace range, only change damage parts. Im still waiting for Samsung to repair damage parts. (Going on my second month waiting for repair). Samsung have been downplaying the situation. If it wasn't for the quick reaction of my wife, fire could of spread to our kitchen. Be ready to do a lot holding on the phone if you need to reached them to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
