Best Picture I have ever seen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG G5 83 OLED is the best TV I’ve ever seen. It’s a genuine leap forward for OLED tech, the contrast, color saturation and natural presentation are out of this world. If you care about picture quality – then this TV is a no-brainer. My entire family was stunned when it went up in ut living room- there is a 3D effect to the overall picture that draws you in. Sports are so life like- almost a coaches view of the games. My son connected his PS for gaming and was floored by the realism, color and contrast.
In essence, this is the best TV I have ever seen and I am thrilled that it sits in the middle of my living room.

WOW! This TV Totally Transformed Our Family Room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just upgraded to the LG 83” G5 OLED, and all I can say is WOW. Our family room has a full wall of windows, and I was worried about glare — but this thing gets bright! The picture stays crystal clear and colorful even on sunny afternoons.
Movies look incredible (I like the "Film maker" preset), and sports are super smooth — no motion blur at all. The Gallery design is very high end and sleek looking. Our purchase included both the "wall mount" and the "stand". Everyone who has visited so far has commented on the incredible picture of the unit!
Setup was easy, webOS runs fast, and the Magic Remote is super handy. Sound is fine for everyday shows, but we actually have a 5.1 surround system hooked up with it and it really creates an incredible movie night!
Pros: Amazing brightness, beautiful picture, sleek design, easy to use.
Cons: Pricey (but worth it in my opinion!), built-in speakers are okay but I'd at least add a nice soundbar.

If you want a bright, premium TV that makes family movie nights and game days feel special — this is the one!

The Perfect Upgrade: Unbelievable Brightness & Per

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the 83" G5 from a high-end 85" LED TV from 2021, and the difference is night and day. The brightness on this Tandem OLED panel is unbelievable—it matches the intensity of my old TV but adds perfect blacks and contrast. The picture is flawless with zero "dirty screen effect," and I could not be happier with the picture quality.
I paired it with the LG S95AR soundbar system, and the integration is seamless. Gaming on my Xbox Series X at 4K 120Hz is incredible. This setup offers incredible value for flagship performance. Highly recommended!

OMG OLED!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two previous OLEDs that are still working great. I always felt that they could be brighter, but loved the 180' viewing angle. This model is next level. We built an addition that has a full wall of windows and I was worried that the brightness and sun glare would dampen our viewing experience, but the G5 is up to the challenge. Can't tell you how many people I've turned onto LG's. Once you have one of these you'll want everyone you know to experience it too.

Wow this thing is incredible

Beautiful television & livingroom gamer's dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a new home recently and wanted a larger screen since we sit pretty far away from the TV. Our 65" B6 served us well for many years and we knew we wanted another OLED from LG for the great colors and pitch blacks. We also do a fair amount of gaming and the high refresh rate of the G5 is greatly appreciated.
Our room also has a large window and we needed a bright screen for daytime viewing. It's performing very well and the anti-glare helps a lot.
There are no flat TVs with great sound (physical impossibility) but the G5 is considerably better than most. I worked in high end home audio/video for many years and would definitely recommend quality speakers and receiver for the best experience.
