I love my Narwal Freo pro. I find it fun to watch it do its job.
Only thing I’m disappointed in is you MUST use the tablets it comes with and every time I go to get some they are out of stock.🤬 very frustrating!!!

Works Well But App Needs To Be Improved

Works fine, but app is not intuitive. If Narwal reworked the app and made it obvious how to work the app, (working with the mapping for example) it would be a much more user friendly experience. Otherwise, the robot does clean the floor well.

I like that it’s more quiet than my previous robots. I like that it cleans pretty well and especially that hair doesn’t tangle in the brush. I have not used the mop function yet, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness. I do wish it had a spot cleaning feature and that the dirt bin emptied into a bin instead of a disposable bag. These are two things my previous robot had. If it had these features this robot would be 5 stars.

I brought this 3 months ago and I absolutely love it! It has helped me so much to clean my house. I am able to leave without having to worry about cleaning. It does occasionally get stuck on wires or slippery mats since it is unable to detect them but I just move it out the way. The app is easy to understand and use but I do wish we are able to adjust the map more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CcExcellent product. I owned a Shark mop vac robot and this is light years ahead of it. The app is great. Love how it notifies me of issues. The mop and vac do a great job and it mapped well. I have zero complaints so far. Its the best robot vac mop Ive owned ckr0@

We got our vacuum a month or so ago. I absolutely love this. My floors get vacuumed and mopped 3 or 4 times a week now. They always look clean now. My husband and I both think this was the best thing we have bought in a long time.

I bought this guy about two months ago and I have to say I am in love! 🥰 Amazing product!
I really didn’t know what to expect, but I didn’t expect it to be a game changer in my life! We have an Australian Shepherd so needless to say we have hair everywhere! With Mr. Narwal we have been able to keep up, and our home hasn’t been this clean since we got our dog 4 years ago! I can’t say more good things about Mr. Narwal! P.S. sorry I had to name him lol, he is now part of our family!
