Love it! The mopping is really good. The vacuum is good enough to clean the house. Not loud and noticed it does really good job on the edges and around it. So far so good, Im happy. Can improve in mapping the area. Love the features so far.

Love it. Just the every day cleaning is so nice - keeping things off the floor is a bonus. Takes a minute go get a handle of the features on the app - it watched some you tube videos which helped.

I was gifted a Nawal about a month ago and I love it! I have a long hair dog that is always shedding and have not had any problems with the vacuuming or moping. It does a great job and is keep down the dust, fur and pet dander.

I have had my Narwal for about a month now and my floors have never been cleaner! I have approximately 2000 square feet of travertine flooring and I so appreciate the way that the Narwal vacuums and especially washes the floor. It does not miss a spot! If you are considering buying a Narwal to make your life easier and cleaner don't hesitate. Do it now! You won't be disappointed!

I have had this for a couple months. I am very happy with it. It can navigate the whole house and not bump in to any walls or furniture. When you send it out to map the first time I would remove throw rugs or other obstacles so that it maps everything. It will go around rugs but some of the throw rugs like in the kitchen or bathrooms I prefer to pick up so that those floors get completly mopped. You can make adjustments to mapping for high traffic areas which I love.i have dogs so the traffic area zones run almost daily depending on the weather. I bought the extra kit with cleaning pads and accessories. It does have an automatic mop cleaning feature which is great I just like to thoroughly wash them occasionally. The machine has a drying feature for the mop pads but it runs for hours. Like 4+ hours. I usually take the pads off and air dry them and stop the dryer feature. -Just a preference for me. I am glad it has that feature because some days I am busy and forget so the machine does its job. I would recommend emptying the dirty water container after each use even if it is only half full. It doesn’t say you have to, just a suggestion/preference. When I am out of town I usually empty both containers and leave them partially opened in the machine to dry out. All features are controlled by the app on your phone. Very user friendly.
