There is no clock on the new brewer and the timer never stops - 9 hours since last brew is kind of rediculous. I keep meaning to call but time makes it most difficult. Can someone tell me what is wrong that it will hold the time since brew forever and there is no easy way to get rid of it only the arrow resubmit.

Too confusing to program

I’ve had this coffee maker for almost a year and I’ve decided I do not like it. It is very hard to program. There is no on/off button so if you make a mistake, you have to unplug machine. Cannot figure out how to put in a timer once and have it repeat daily. Always have to reprogram. Coffee is also weak and cannot figure out how to make it stronger. Machine is great looking but functionality is poor. I do not recommend this.

Thermal Carafe does not keep coffee hot

This coffee maker with thermal carafe does not keep coffee hot. Description says "Dual-wall thermal carafe will keep your brew hotter for longer – up to 4 hours above 150ºF / 65ºC". Not even close. At 2 hours after brew I am showing 120 degrees. I wish I had bought the glass carafe version with hot plate. Spent a lot of money for something that I am 20% happy with.
