Switched from a Barsetta grind & brewer to the Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew 12-cup coffee maker. There is absolutely no comparison. The Cuisinart is quieter, quicker, and just brews a better cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

The burr grinder works well. I would prefer it if the coffee pot lid screwed on instead of just snapping on. Also, the coffee continues to drip after the beeper goes off signaling it is done.

Much better than the previous version (which was 2 years old). The simplicity of the basket (two parts, not three), and I like the glass carafe, the timer to keep the glass carafe warm.

Was previously a long time user of Capresso CoffeeTeam products but became disappointed the past few years as the machines had frequent operating issues and ,subsequently had to return (on more than one occasion). We decided to try out the Cuisinart line and have been very pleased with it. My visiting sister was impressed and she bought one for herself !

This is a wonderful machine. The quality of coffee it makes is great. We replaced it once but that is because it was alerting to be cleaned and we ignored the alert. After about 6 months of the alert, it finally needed to get replaced. I bought another one and will do better

Makes a very nice cup of coffee, but I would like more options for the grind control. Love the built in burr grinder. . Grinder is loud, beep indicating the brewing is complete is quiet, cleaning is easy, as is pouring. Keeps coffee nice and hot.

I have had a different make grind and brew for many years. When it broke the reviews on its replacement were not good. I had had a Cuisinart many years ago so I decided to try this model.
It’s easy to use and makes hot delicious coffee. I like the shape of the coffee pot and it’s easy to wash and dry.
My only negative feedback is the small size of the basket which doesn’t seem to be big enough to brew 12 cups of coffee. I usually only make 6 cups at a time so it hasn’t been a problem for me.
