When our previous Cuisinart grind & brew coffeemaker died after 10 years of daily use, we hoped we could find a direct replacement. We were pleased to discover that Cuisinart had a newer model with all the features of our old one, plus more. It works as advertised. There is no need to measure your beans. Just keep the hopper full, empty and rinse the filter basket, replace the filter, add water, set your desired strength and number of cups you want it to grind, then press the button and wait for your pot of freshly ground coffee. It grinds & brews right every time. This is the most convenient and practical way to get a pot of freshly ground coffee every morning. Being that our last one gave us 10 years of daily fresh ground coffee, I think this machine is worth the price.

2nd time's the charm... Cuisinart made it right

I got a lemon... but Cuisinart made it right. After a short period of time mine began taking 30-45 minutes to brew a pot... and then stop working at all. When it did work it strew grounds all over the counter. Cuisinart made it right... shipping me a new unit. The new unit works like a charm. I couldn't be happier. This is what I expected from the start. This is what I expect from a quality company.

This is our third grind/brew over the past 17 years - absolutely LOVE it! The last one I purchased right after Christmas 2023 and, unfortunately, it did not function properly in relation to how many cups to brew in regards to beans in grinder (ex: set for 4 cups and it would grind ALL the beans). We called customer service and a replacement was sent within 5 days - that is exceptional service!
