Love this machine. We buy whole coffee beans and wake up to fresh ground coffee in the morning. This model is easy to clean and fill. We always use the gold filter basket. I think the paper ones don't drain through fast enough as we would get some grounds in the pot.

This is a replacement for a different model of Grind and Brew that was at least 10 years old. I like the newer basket design and grinding chute of this model. Makes great coffee, easy to clean too.

I have used Cuisinart coffeemakers for many years. I recently updated to this grind and brew. They have changed the carafe lip and it pours so much better than earlier versions. I also like not having to add beans every time I want coffee, but I am not sure if I am using more beans now than I did with a previous coffeemaker. It is a nice coffeemaker and I recommend it.
