The water in the coffee basket kept overflowing which resulted in coffee pouring onto the counter and over the coffee maker base.

This is my 3rd grind and brew coffeemaker. The other 3 had several problems. Cuisinart knocked it out of the park with this one. Doesn't have a lot of steam escaping, which is nice for the cupboards.Not too much I would change, except the lid to the water reservoir is super smooth, which makes it difficult to get past the break over point. It needs a slight knurl on it or a slight lip on the top to facilitate lifting it to fill the reservoir.

This coffeemaker makes a great tasting cup of coffee. I program the timer the night before I go to sleep. When I wake up in the morning, the coffee has begun to brew while I’m getting ready for my day. When I’m ready to walk out the door in the morning, my coffee is ready, hot and delicious!

I’m enjoying having the grinder and coffee maker in one. I enjoy a full bodied dark roast brew. In order to achieve the taste I prefer, I must set the number of cups to one step above the water quantity. Otherwise I’m very pleased so far with this coffee maker.
