The only 2 negatives I have is that I wish it held more beans and the filter will fall off easily when it's open. But honestly it is still MY FAVORITE COFFEE MAKER EVER!!!!
It is VERY easy to clean & operate & makes an amazing, fresh pot of coffee. Also the "Grind Off" feature is wonderful.

Only had this coffeemaker for a couple weeks. This morning it brewed about half a pot, the rest overflowed all over the counter & floor. This is at least our 3rd grind & brew. Last one broke, but was hoping cuisinart updated the coffee maker. Limited options for grind & brew.

I have the older model of this machine which is much more precise with the changes in strength for brewing. This model just brews the same strength, which is VERY STRONG, no matter what setting we use. This is a replacement for the new one we purchased over a year ago, which would grind all the beans in the storage independent of the strength setting. A lot of money for a coffee pot that doesn't come close to operating as described. The older model is still working great for us, but we bought this for another property. We will end up using another coffee pot. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I actually returned the coffee maker within three weeks of purchasing it. We've had your grind and brew makers for the past 20 years and love them. This one is not up to par. The coffee doesn't brew at the same strength - unless it's 8 cups of water and grind is 12. Its construction doesn't allow for clearing the grinder of excess coffee, so I can imagine that is part of the problem. And the materials are cheaper than in the past. It's not as sturdy as the 700 version we just had. I tried to find another 700 but couldn't, so we unfortunately had to move to a different brand.

be careful in placing the pot . Twice we put it in slightly off center and the filter ran over spilling coffee and grounds all over the counter. Brews about the same as the older model. overall we're very pleased with it.
