I am very pleased with the performance of this countertop grill. I use nit almost every day. it heats fast and cleanup is a breeze - either in the sink or dishwasher. I was my plates every day until I have a dishwasher load to run. Then I make room and run them through with the rest of my dishes. The non- stick coating on these plates is great.

If you’re looking for anything at all, besides a griddle, this is a wonderful product. If you’re looking for a griddle, don’t do it. Hope I saved you some money.

This is my second purchase of this grill/griddle. I replaced the original after several years because the clip on the left side of the grill no longer held the grill in place. I decided to purchase another one in July because I really liked the product. Unfortunately, after 6 weeks the same thing happened again. I called customer service and am waiting for a replacement. They were very accommodating I hope this one is satisfactory.
