We replaced an older George Foreman Lean Mean Grilling Machine, which was good in its day, but was getting to be a real chore to clean up. Right from the start, this new Cuisinart is more compact, easier to use, and much easier to clean up. The internal slide in and out drip pan is a great improvement over an external separate drip pan. The reversible grilling plates are versatile and easier to clean up. We have used the gridler for burgers, grilled chicken breasts, seasoned and sliced mini potatoes, and pancakes We have been replacing most of our small kitchen appliances with Cuisinart (toaster oven/air fryer, coffee maker, food processor, waffle maker …). They may be a little more expensive, but they are reliable.

Love my griddler! Have made paninis, fried bacon and eggs, grilled sausages and peppers. Easy to clean and stores nicely in a small space. Built well and large drip tray is a great addition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I enjoyed using my grill. But the on/off button disappeared. I am trying to find that part to replace but if I can't the Griddler Five is not useable.

Nice product. Cooks everything well except for eggs. The griddle is not nonstick by any means. Using cooking oil is a must to cook eggs. Nonstick should mean just that “Nonstick.”
Handy little device for everything else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
