I've been eyeing this Griddler for a long time and finally bought it and I immediately fell in love with it. I love the fact that it has temperature control and a timer. It is also so easy to take plates off, clean, and out back on. I couldn't have asked for more out of this item. Will be recommending this to everyone I know

For better browning, we recommend fully preheating the griddle on a higher temperature setting, lightly oiling or buttering the surface, allowing the batter to rest briefly before cooking, and avoiding flipping too early so the sugars can caramelize.
