Though it is smaller than my last one, the bottom unit snaps on easily, makes just enough popcorn for 1 person and I rarely find an unpopped kernel in the bottom. Easy to just pop the bottom section and clear top section right into the dishwasher. Can't be any easier than that, can it?

You really need to pay attention to the activity and stop it as soon as the popping slows down or you will end up with burn kernels and thats bad.

We purchased this popper about a month ago and it makes really good popcorn. Several nice features are the heating element being separate from the container and the top section being dishwasher safe. The rotating wire not touching the bottom of the pan keeps Teflon from wearing off and getting into the popcorn, another nice feature. Only problem we are eating much more popcorn then we were before buying this popper.

I bought this about 6 months ago and it's working like a charm! Based on reviews, and past experience with an older model, I remove the top carefully and am sure everything is lined up when I re-insert. That way the plastic parts seem to last a long time. Easy cleaning of everything (except the base) in the dishwasher--another great feature.
