Great Product -- this is 2nd one I have purchased -- I completely wore out the 1st one over span of ~7 years ... and loved it some much I got a new one ... make prefect popcorn every time and love it all goes into dishwasher

Sadly, we were disappointed with the performance of this popcorn maker. I've been buying Cuisinart products for years, so I confidently ordered this appliance. It seems to heat up slowly, and often burns the popcorn. In short, we've gone back to our usual saucepan on the stove.
