Disappointed

I bought this coffeemaker in December to replace our previous cuisinart grind and brew. The old model was five star and lasted years. This brew and grind is so disappointing. Does not grind fine and uses tons more coffee. I just tried to clean and the hopper will not come off. Even with two people it can’t be removed. I a terribly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful quality, but held back by noise levels

This product has excellent features and a lot of promise, but the lack of soundproofing is a notable drawback. Because it runs very loud, it limits how and when I can use it. Improving the audio insulation would easily turn this into a 5-star product.

Been using new coffeemaker for 2 weeks. It works well. Grinder is bit loud but other than that performs good! Replaced a previous Cuisinart that was identical just gave new model#. Had that one for 13 years! The grinder stopped working.
