Replaced my 5 year old Cuisinart coffee maker after it started to have brewing problems. Got this model because it has bulit in bean grinder and a carafe to keep coffee hot and Iove it!

Insulated carafe works very well. Keeps coffee hot for hours but doesn't burn it. Grinder works well but gets wet and is a little bit more work to keep clean. Makes good coffee!

I have had this model coffee maker for probably 12 years. After about 4 years, each machine starts to leak and must be replaced. I am hopeful this one (I bought it a few years ago) will last longer
I used to grind my own coffee every day to make myself a single cup in a Melita coffee maker. When my partner joined me, we tried other makers and nothing compared to this one. It is easy to use, uses whole beans (which is what I LOVE!) and makes HOT lovely coffee.
This model is improved: it has a dam that keeps me from flooding the grinder part and a clean cycle. This is why I think this is the best coffee maker ever. I gave it 4 stars because of the leaking issue in previous models.

In the late 1990’s while living in Charleston, West Virginia, our first internet purchase was a Cuisinart coffe maker with built in timer and grinder. Originally from Washington state where coffee is king we love our morning coffee. The timer was set as our alarm and by the time I shuffled to the kitchen the coffee was ready, almost like having a servant! Over the years we have purchased several more and still appreciate the fresh ground morning coffee.

So this coffee pot does it all -- grinds coffee perfectly and then brews it -- all in one place. The thermal container you get is outstanding -- keeping coffee hot and fresh for hours. The machine is easy and institutive to use. Clean up is easy. Coffee is very fresh; very good; very hot.

Cuisinart 10 cup self grind coffee maker is just ok. So far have only tried one brand of beans, but coffee grinder may be too small to brew 10 cups
I pretty much fill the grinder to brew about 6 cups which gives me two full mugs. I would not recommend brewing 10 cups because the coffee would be too weak
