Bought a month ago and very pleased so far- Have been a long time owner of Cuisinart 12 Cup Grind and Brew but drip function, not grind, would stop working. Went through 3 machines in 5 years

My 4th grind and brew coffee maker( same model). I like the freshly ground beans ,the ease of use,and decent cup of coffee. It's not a fancy ,adjustable grinder, it's pretty basic,but I think it does a great job. Cons would be- the grinder did stop working in one of my earlier machines after 3 years of daily use( not bad in my opinion). The top to the grinder,got dropped and the plastic machinism broke off( rendering it useless). For a decent price, it's a decent machine,otherwise I wouldn't have bought 4 of them!

The grinder in this model is very loud. The grinder also operates for a longer time; about 25 seconds as opposed to 15 seconds for my previous model.

I have used a Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker for years. The grinder has always been loud but this model you could use as an alarm clock from the downstairs kitchen to the upstairs bedroom!. Having said that, it makes excellent coffee and the price is great for a grind and brew.

My late husband and I always purchased your stainless steel automatic grind and brew, but then Keurig was pretty popular, my husband tried their product, I did not like their product. When my husband passed I cut the cords and threw two Keurigs in the garbage, they were horrible. I always kept your little 4 cup stainless steel brew coffee maker, I had in my pantry, so when my husband passed, I pulled her out and started brewing. I recently as you know purchased my Auto Grind & Brew 10-Cup Coffeemaker, I am happy again with this product, but I cannot seem to get the coffee right, I must be measuring wrong or something, also not very hot coffee, like I remember... Anyway, I will always use this coffeemaker, I have more of cuisinart products throughout my home. Thank you.
