There’s no way to fine-tune the grind amount and the default coffee grind was basically an expresso level, not good for drip. Plus the steam or condensation collecting in the area where you leave the beans for grinding, made a sludgy mess that was a pain to clean. And most importantly, the coffee didn’t taste good. I returned it.

Not thrilled with it, it doesn’t make the coffee hot and I thought the carafe would keep the coffee hot but it does not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old Cuisinart Grind and Brew Coffeemaker last 13 years so replacing it with a new one was a priority. I like the brilliance and good coffee that comes pouring out of this new maker but the grinding of the beans is extremely loud! loud!

The fresh beans grinding feature doesn't produce fine enough grinds for a "strong-cuppa-joe" ! Using the basket filled with ground coffee gives a better result

I love this coffeemaker. I had the cuisinart 12 cup for many years, before it wore out. The 10 cup is a great improvement. Coffee stays hot much longer and brews more quickly. The parts are similar but these seem easier to clean.

I love the coffee but this is my 4th cuisines coffee maker and all of them, including this in stop grinding within a few months. The grinder holder freezes up or gets stuck. Very disappointing I've returned one exchanged one but it's too bad because it makes a great cup of coffee.
