Extremely pleased with my Automatic Grind & Brew 10-cup Coffeemaker by Cuisinart. I purchased the one with a permanent coffee filter and chrome pitcher. Easy to assemble and brews a perfect cup of coffee! My only suggestion would be for them to have the "Grind" feature always off and user could "turn on" to activate it if they're using whole beans. Otherwise, very satisfied customer. Thank you

Purchased this to replace my previous Cuisinart which finally gave out after years of reliable use. I love the stainless steel carafe which keeps the coffee hot once the coffee pot turns off automatically. Plus, you don't have to worry about breaking the pot if you accidentally bang it against something.

This is a great coffee maker. I had an older model that I thought had a problem so I purchased this new one. The new one is completely re-designed. The bean grinder is so much better. The old one would get clogged up and get an error and I would have to take it outside and use my compressor to clean it out. No chance of that happening with the new one because you clean it after each use.
Love, love, love, this coffee maker. Your designers have out-done themselves. Incidentally, the old one still works and we now use it in the RV.

This is the 3rd one I have owned. Love the ability to select grind on/off. Makes a great cup of coffee either way. I would have given it 5 stars but sometimes the lid on the carafe leaks while pouring.

The grinding is very loud and prolonged, and four parts require washing immediately after the coffee is done, which is annoying when one just wants a quick cup of coffee. If the grinder, it's lid, the basket, and the basket holder aren't cleaned immediately, they are difficult to clean later.
The unit is complicated to use the first time for others who are unfamiliar with it, too. I wouldn't have bought this machine if I had known of all of the above.
