This product works great! Heats up pretty quickly, the waffles were evenly cooked and it was nice to be able to make two at the same time. My only issue with this product is cleaning. The plates are not removable so it took me awhile to get all the stuff out of the grooves; I made blueberry waffles so there was some stuff that hung onto the grids. If you always made plain ones, I am sure clean up would be easier, however you still have grooves to wipe in and you cannot rinse it. Other than that, it’s a great product.

This makes great waffles and is a major upgrade from our last basic cuisinart Belgian waffle maker. The pockets are thick and the highest setting makes crispy waffles. I wish it were slightly leas tall because it’s really hard to maneuver on our counter below the upper cabinets and it’s such a bummer that the plates don’t remove for cleaning.

Love that it makes two at a time! Beeps and lights make it very helpful to know when preheated and ready to go. Also can adjust ‘doneness’ and add blueberries - yum! We’ve implemented a waffle-weekend tradition thanks to this waffle maker. Everyone who is home gets a waffle (or two) including our dog😎.
