I received the waffle maker in time. I make my waffle mix from scratch so I made some chicken and waffles for My wife and I and they turned out good and the waffle maker gets a 5 star from me. My other double flip got old and broke and this one works just as good

We purchased the Belgian waffle maker to replace our old one and it works great. When serving directly from the waffle maker, we use it on the higher setting so our waffles are nice and crisp on the outside and will stand up to syrup without getting soggy. If we have extra batter, we make them on a lighter setting so we can freeze them and then put them in the toaster to heat them up for breakfast on another day (or to send home with the grandkids 😉). Try putting leftover turkey or chicken stuffing in it, then when ready to serve, cover it with a few slices of meat and top with hot gravy - yummm. It is easy to use and easy to clean. We received no compensation to review this product. We liked it so well, we bought two more and gave them as gifts.

I love this new waffle maker. It replaced an old one. The new design is an improvement. I like the depth of it and the drip pan. That helps avoid a messy countertop. I don't like the sliding darkness lever. I liked the older dial design on the previous model.
