The waffle maker makes perfect waffles every time. I’m so glad that I got it. My only issue is that the plates can’t be removed for cleaning, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Always wanted a waffle maker for kitchen. Finally settled on the double flip Belgian Waffle Maker. To test this appliance I made 3 recipes from the enclosed appliance booklet: the buttermilk waffles, chocolate waffles, and the overnight yeasted waffles. Must say the yeasted waffles were the best. But the buttermilk (served with creamed chicken) and chocolate (served with strawberries and whipped cream) were very good too. Froze the waffles and reheated in toaster oven. Good results. Would have given 5 star rating but still trying to gauge heat setting for crispness and overall golden color.

Worked great. Tried it out Memoral day weekend I had 13 for breakfast Saturday morning and it was perfect. Had to experiment c temp setting but after adjusting to our preference there were no problems. I didn't experience any dripping from the iron when I flipped it over. Just had to pay attention to the beeps and remember if I had added waffle batter! A successful initial use, especially c a busy kitchen.

This worked great from the first use. Take only a little getting used to how much to pour and the timing if filling, closing, and flipping and redo, but it cooked great with no need for non-stick spray.
