I use a “yeast” recipe for my Belgian waffles so they are light and fluffy! At night I make “waffle ice cream” sandwiches as our snack! The double waffle maker is so easy to use and clean. I always use the “batter cup” that comes with it so I don’t ever have any batter spilling out from either of the irons!

The waffle iron cooks evenly and I love that you can adjust the browning. The highest heat level still doesn't make the waffles super crispy, however. I suppose this could be fixed by adding more butter to the batter. Otherwise, this waffle iron is very easy to use and cleans up in a snap. It is especially great for my large family.

Very simple machine to use if you follow the directions. Don't forget a bit of oil for the mix, and to coat the plates for easy release. Waffles come out crispy and delicious. What more could you want?!
