The compact size of this bread maker is great as we have limited storage space. However, I've tried four different recipes from the bread maker manual provided with the product, and the resulting breads are dense, dry and not what I would expect. I have diligently followed manufacturer's specifications regarding ingredients, measurements and recipe instructions.

I like the compact size! Doesn’t take up much room. Has lots of options. Now to learn how to use it. My bread and rolls haven’t risen as well as they should, but my kitchen is nowhere near 76 degrees, as recommended for baking bread. Maybe it’s the yeast . Or the flour. I'll keep trying!

Purchased this since I had a "guaranteed to work" gluten free bread recipe that was designed for this specific machine. The recipe did work. The bread is flexible to handle and tasty. Attribute tasty to eggs involved? So I like this machine. I will also add that it is a bread machine. Bread made the old fashioned way I find to be way less picky, easier to rescue while in process. The bread machine is a handy robot but lacks judgement. The trade off is way less fussing on my part when using the machine.

It's a good bread machine. Wish it had adjustable feet because it wobbles a little. Don't use the recipes it comes with. I tried the white bread and it was awful.
