I love this machine. I have made 5 loafs of different sizes and 3 different recipes. All were great. I was hand making my bread and it was good but time consuming and I don't always have an afternoon to spend in the kitchen. Since I got this unit, I have had fresh bread every day. At the last minute, one morning, my friend said she was having surgery. There was a French Bread loaf waiting for her when she returned from the hospital. I would have never been able to do this before and believe me she greatly appreciated the gesture.

I am disappointed with my new bread machine. My last Cuisinart bread machine was bigger and I never had too many issues with it. I have made the same recipe for awhile, but it wont fit in this machine. I had such a mess to clean up.

I have not been disappointed with this bread machine. The choice of loaf size and crust color is fantastic. Have used it several times now and enjoy the end results very much. I have used several of the recipes in the instruction booklet, but also purchased a separate bread machine cookbook. The delay function is also available so that you can set it up and start it at a later time.
