Being Cuisinart sold me right away. The compact size is perfect, plus it’s light weight, easy to use and you have a choice of what size bread you’re making.

paddle sticks and can't be removed in two machines

the first Cuisinart bread maker's paddle wouldn't come out of the pan after several loaves of bread, and then it would no longer rotate, so couldn't knead bread, ie, was useless. Under warranty, we were able to get a new bread machine. First loaf of bread, same problem! we just called and were told we would receive a 3rd paddle and loaf pan. That this happened twice in a row makes me think there must be a design flaw? Keeping fingers crossed that next one works, but this has been a disappointment.

I like the size of this for counter space and it makes a tasty loaf of bread. I’ve only used it once so far and I had no knead the loaf a little extra after the last cycle. But still worth the buy.

I’m overall very pleased with the bread and have used at least 5 of the recipes that came with the maker itself. All have been delicious but have had trouble getting gluten free bread to turn out. I have tried three times with different gluten free all purpose flours but no luck.
