I love my new CBK-110 bread maker. It’s very easy to use—I’ve made several recipes from the included recipe booklet, and they have all turned out perfectly. I really like the slim design which doesn’t take up too much counter space. I do recommend purchasing an extra kneading paddle just in case... The machine has several types of bread settings which allow you to make anything from basic white or wheat breads to gluten free breads to pizza dough. I would definitely recommend this bread machine!!

I use this machine to make dough mostly. It works really well for that purpose. The key is using a kitchen scale is weighing your ingredients. Convert recipes by looking up how much ingredients weigh.
Baking in bread machines (any bread machine) gives you so-so bread. The crust will never be great. The texture of the bread will never be great. But you learn to live with those results.
If you use the dough cycle though? And form the hand then bake off on the oven, the results are better. The dough cycle makes it pretty convenient. Just dump and go. Pizza dough is easy. Italian bread is easy. Dinner rolls are easy. French bread is easy. The hardest part is learning how to form the dough.
I've also made jam in it. Turned out well. What did not work was making a seedless blackberry jam. After straining I put everything in and it sloshed all over! Not a pretty sight! Needed to stop mid-cycle and clean up. Finished up on the stove. It needs some pulp in it or it will create a mess.
I would recommend this bread machine.

This is a nice compact unit . Easy to use . Does a great job . Has all the buttons and whistles most people would need... but.... the recipe book is not good .. do some looking online and find yourself a great recipe and chose your flour wisely. Makes a huge difference.. has taken me a couple months to find the perfect one for my family ... but is so much fun .. happy with the results now

This machine is a miracle worker. Having never baked yeast bread, I am having a blast using my Cuisinart bread maker. Every loaf I have attempted has been a success. Tonight pizza dough will be made in it. There is no reason to be nervous when using this machine--it knows what to do. For such a small machine, it is heavy duty and small enough to fit on a pantry shelf. Great buy!
