I like the bread maker and all the different preset programs. However, It could just be me since I’m new at this, but the bread does not get done. I’ve baked 2 loads and both have been raw in the middle. This machine is Easy to clean and not noisy at all.

I returned the product because it is too complicated to figure out how to make good bread using bread maker. The troubleshooting tips kept saying try this and that for different humidity, altitude, etc. I bought this bread maker to replace 30 year old Panasonic bread maker that my mom gave me. It was so simple to make bread with. No modifications needed. Really disappointed with Cuisinart bread maker.

Not sure if it was the humidity of summer but the bread no matter what adjustments I made collapsed. My old bread maker perfect loaves every time. The lid does not seem to seal properly. I will keep trying for that perfect loaf though. :)

Everything we expected and for a great price. I bought this because my wife wanted to try one. The price was great, much, much lower than some brands. It works perfectly. Seems to be reasonably rugged and heavy duty. It is certainly sufficient for home use.
