I love the compact size of the machine, and also the fact that I can remove the paddle. On the whole, it's a very good bread maker, however, I bought an original machine that never browned the tops of the bread. Each loaf had a white, raw dough-looking top. Cuisinart was great enough to send me a replacement machine, but the same thing happens with the new one. I guess it's the nature of the beast with this bread maker. That's the reason I can only give it three stars.

Good price; value. Easy clean up and to remove bread from pan. Recipes and times for 3 sizes. Timer requires some figuring in determining when you want finished product. Replacing a Zojirushi after 24 years.

Is is really great, I love it. The only negative thing I can say it that once you put ingredients in the machine and select settings the machine does not tell you how long each cycle lasts. I think I’ll get to know after More use what to expect in terms of time, for kneading, rising, adding in extras, baking.

This makes great pizza dough...but I don't use the recipe in the book I use 00 flour and the whole wheat flour.
