My first loaf didn't come out great, but ever since then they have been very good. I still need to get whole wheat flour to get more adventurous, which I intend to do shortly. This little machine is so easy and the bread is great! My 2-1/2 year old grandson loves dumping the ingredients into the maker. That's how easy it is!
