If you are looking for a bread machine that is simple to use, easy to clean and makes excellent bread, this is one for you. In addition to the recipes that come with the machine, it is easy to adapt most all recipes for use. I recommend this machine for excellent bread.

Compact design, non. stick container with one paddle with common program options. Have this for the last 2 months and it has performed consistently as designed . still experimenting with various options. Few opportunities to make it better- Add yoghurt program and better feedback on display during bred making specifically when paddle to be removed and option to knead manually to bring it better consistency

This is my 2nd Bread maker and first Cuisinart. The Cuisinart 2 lb. Automatic Bread Maker is compact, easy to use and clean up is a breeze. I have had it for a month now and have made 6 loaves. I love how super easy it is to use This bread maker . I’m still looking for a good recipe, though. The recipes that came with the machine turn out very dense loaves and I would like a lighter consistency and hoping that just has to do with the recipe and not the machine itself.
