This is my 2nd Bread maker and first Cuisinart. The Cuisinart 2 lb. Automatic Bread Maker is compact, easy to use and clean up is a breeze. I have had it for a month now and have made 6 loaves. I am working on my kneading skills to gain a nice Swirl on my Cinnamon Bread. And I love the recipe book. Highly recommend! Your family and friends will love your baking!!

I love how super easy it is to use This bread maker . I’m still looking for a good recipe, though. The recipes that came with the machine turn out very dense loaves and I would like a lighter consistency and hoping that just has to do with the recipe and not the machine itself.

I have only made wheat bread so far. First few batches came out heavy and dense. Followed recommendations in the guide to adjust qty of ingredients and the bread came out nice and soft and moist. Crust is still a bit dense. Not sure if there is anything I can do about that, but otherwise makes good bread.
We have a small kitchen and the small footprint really works well. It is a bit noisy when it mixes and kneads, but we are ok with that.
