Bread machine works well so far, have used it everyday to every few days. Recipes need tweaking a bit. If you understand baking it isnt hard. Lots of information out there if you research a bit. 4 stars because replacement parts not available.

I bought this to replace a Sunbeam bread machine I’d had for years. I love how small and compact the bread machine is and it’s very light. It has some neat features like a light to see your product and a time to remove the paddle. I would definitely buy this bread machine again.

I can’t say enough great things about the Cruisinart Compact Bread Maker! It has brought a very positive change to our home. It is so easy to use and clean, I’m now making a loaf of bread 2-3 times a week! And this coming from a person who hasn’t made homemade bread in years! I keep it out on my countertop. It doesn’t take up much space and looks great! I highly recommend it!

It is incredibly user-friendly, with preset settings that make it nearly impossible to mess up (even for people who can burn water). Plus, I love that I can customize the size and color of my loaves!
Whether you're a seasoned baker or someone who just discovered what yeast is, this bread maker will have you cranking out delicious loaves like a pro. Just be warned: you might find yourself drowning in dough, or worse, becoming your neighborhood's unofficial bread supplier. But hey, there are worse problems to have!

I bought it a month ago. The dough cycle is great but even baking on the lightest setting, the crust is too thick and hard. I’m disappointed.

Some things in the book are confusing where it says you can put the color for the bread, but on the French setting, you cannot also something about taking the paddle out which is confusing. Sometimes the bread is sticking.
