This is so easy to use. I love it. I’m wanting to make bread all the time. I’ve done a lot of research on making bread and I highly recommend that. Depending on what I’m making, I let the machine do all the kneading and several of the rises. Then I shape my rolls or loaves and let them rise again and bake them. Delicious. King Arthur Baker has become a favorite source for products too.

I love the size, and the bread turns out great. But it gets hot to the touch so I have to make sure it’s not near anything before I use it, also, already, after only a month, part of the numbers in the display window don’t completely light up.
