I have used it for dough only. I like to bake my loaves in the oven and I am a big roll maker. It is great for this. I love the vertical pan. My original breadman for many years was vertical. I then purchased a horizontal other brand and the mixing was not good. I am very happy with this. I also love the size for storage. I hope it lasts a long time.

I have just used this twice, but the bread came out really well (used only the dough cycle).
Great looking bread machine - I have only owned a month or so - hoping it will last as long as the old Panasonic which was still going strong after 20 years (dough cycle only). This one takes up so much less space, making it a very good choice.
