It’s small and compact. Makes good dough but takes a long time. Gluten free bread turned out good but we used regular setting instead of gf setting. Regular bread was good. It said to take the paddle out halfway through, but we put it back in because it wasn’t done mixing yet. Overall it works pretty good.

Even though I used the recipe from the enclosed booklet, the bread was too wet. I made a number of other loaves, and I have to check after the first kneading and add more flour. Not for a novice bread maker who does not know what rising bread dough should look like.

Looks nice on the counter! Does its job efficiently. Thankful for the book of instructions although it would have served me better if I had read it more thoroughly earlier. Was surprised to find the kneading paddle cooked into the bottom of our second loaf. Not a big deal as there are two opportunities to remove it apparently - just have to know it might be in there if you miss the first warning beeps! Having fun with this machine!
