At first I was not too happy with my new bread maker. Using all fresh ingredients it didn't seem to rise as much as it should. I baked a 2 lb loaf yesterday and it did much better. Overall seems to be a pretty good bread maker. Just need to make a 2 lb loaf.

Recieved as a Christmas gift. I had another bread machine over 20 years ago. This one has more features and is a nice size. The ability to customize is nice as is the delay and alarm to add extra or remove paddle. It is easy to clean and use.

I absolutely love this bread maker! The ONLY thing I would change is the beeping. It’s incredibly loud and way too long, with no way to modify it. It makes overnight prep impossible! Other than that, everything has turned out beautifully!

I own any types of Cuisinart appliances and all of them work very well. As for the Bread Maker I am still trying to locate the right Bread Slicer and knife plus proper ingredients in order to make great bread. Ask me about the bread the results at a later time.
