very disappointed. I tried five times from white to french to sweet programs. Each time the bread turned out to be a brick. I think the machine over kneads the dough yet didn't give it enough time to rise.

It has made one decent loaf of bread even when I add extra flour suggested! So I gave up and now I just make the dough and let it rise on my counter and bake it in my oven. It was a birthday gift from my daughter and her two children so I will make it work the best I can good luck with yours I had a Panasonic for years and it worked every time who knew?

Overall we like this machine. It's a little noisy. Also we have tried several basic bread recipes and the loaves keep coming out very dense. We are at high altitude so that could be part of the problem.

Nothing complicated about the machine and as long as you follow the instructions in a recipe, you’ll end up with great bread. I will say that I wish there was a way to disable the “add ins” and “remove paddle” steps. I don’t see how anyone could make bread and then go to bed or leave the house. You have to be around for those steps and subsequent pushing of the start/stop button.

This little machine works great, for the price. My first time using it, it fell off the counter, and the hinges on the top broke, but I could not find instructions or comments on how to replace it.

Outstanding product to date. Made artisan bread , ciabatta, baguettes and white using included recipes. It is not noisy as some reviewers have claimed and does not jump around as others have claimed. It is compact and a great addition to my kitchen.
